Richard Chmiel led the winning design for a 1M sq ft project with office tower, retail podium, and underground parking, managing team and construction.Completed with BBB Architects in 1989.

The result of a limited design competition, the 1 million square foot project consists of an 1100 car 5 level underground parking garage, a 350,000 square feet, 21 storey office tower which sits over a 3 level 120,000 ft2 retail and exhibition podium. Richard Chmiel was the Project director responsible for the Competition winning design, management of full design and consultant team, client liaison throughout development process, and overseeing of construction contract.
